We tried a few other furnace and heating companies to repair our gas fireplace with no success. A last ditch call Stove Pipe and they diagnosed a clear repair for a 25+ year old fireplace. Just had my stove installed, and everything works perfectly! Karson came out and got it done the day they had me booked-in (which was earlier than originally anticipated). I had requested an earlier date, and they were able to oblige due to a cancellation -- even though this is their busy season. Holly is great to deal with,  friendly, and helpful. Their estimator was friendly, knowledgable, and answered all my questions. They were able to use my existing system, with some upgrades, which helped save costs, and their pricing was reasonable compared to another quote I received. The original quote they emailed me seemed a little slow to arrive, but only because I didn't realize it had gone to my spam folder. We have had our wood stove chimney cleaned several times from this company and they have always been very helpful and professional.  Booking was timely, even though they were quite busy.  The guys who did our chimney today were friendly and helpful, and did a great job.  They are also less expensive than the other competitor we price checked.
